👨🏽‍💻 What We've Been Up To This Week

We started this week with some additional groundwork - iterating on the service blueprint, sketching out ideas, and diagramming out the overall information architecture of the app.

We then shifted our efforts to designing the first pass of key screens + areas of the app, purposely going very wide to start. A summary of what we've tackled, so far:

• Home Screen - what information to show and how to effectively link off to other sections.
• Initial Intake - how client creation works and what information we should gather upfront.
• Client Profile - ways to make the information and actions on this page easy to digest and use. We've actually come up with two distinct approaches that we're excited to show today.
  • Concept 1 - Classic Hierarchy
  • Concept 2 - Category Hierarchy
• Assessments, Goals, Referrals - within each concept, we've designed out the core flows for the experience of assessing, setting goals, and connecting to referrals.
